our annual pb&j with all the right fixings - marshmallows, graham, and chocolate chips
Okay so imagine you took your childhood pb&j - the kind with the saccharine grape jelly and that not-at-all-natural peanut butter (we were Jif gals, ourselves) - and you had free reign to spruce it up with whatever you could find in your pantry. Well, we’ve taken that dream and made it a reality - in ice cream form, no less. Really, one bite and I felt I was a kid again.
Our reality is a bit more refined that the dreams of our youth — in our Monster Mash, naturally sweet concord grapes replace jelly, all natural local peanut butter from Saratoga PB Co replaces Jif, and our mallows and chocolate are the creme of the craft, hailing from Baked in Red Hook and Mast Brothers in Williamsburg, respectively. Pints are being delivered to our members this week.
